History of Excellence | Second Baptist School

History of Excellence is designed as Second Baptist School brand commercial. Over a year in the making, we spent months refining the script so every word mattered in the tight 30 second window, with the goal of capturing the heart of Second Baptist School in a way that felt true to its values, legacy, and community.

We kept a small, agile crew that could move quickly, filming the bulk of the piece in just one day. Each scene was planned for energy and movement, and we were joined by a stills photographer to capture moments alongside the video work. We also dug into the school archives, selecting just the right historic images and footage to weave into the new material, connecting the past with the present.

In the edit, those archival pieces blended seamlessly with the fresh visuals, giving the film a sense of both history and momentum. The result is fast paced, full of life, and a celebration of what makes Second Baptist a place of lasting excellence. - Zach Callaway
